In Course 102 – Learn how to communicate well – it’s all about mastering effective communication. Are there communication techniques that make learning with and for older people easier? Yes, and in Course 2 we will introduce you to techniques that support good communication with older people, while improving their learning capacity.We will present you: “4 Types of listening” according to Otto Scharmer “Validation” according to Naomi Feil Basics and Principles of “Simple Language”
